新鲜出炉的Tepper 2016 R2 Skype面经

楼主是在圣诞节前一个礼拜提交的申请，1月6号那一周收到的面试邀请。面试是在1月19日，应该是在那边MRK假日以后。面试官是Emily，以下是面试的问题经过

Greetings
1.Go through CV-each transition point （这一点要说明一下，并不是要你重新叙述一遍简历，更多的只是帮助面试官理解你的简历的澄清）

5.Why Tepper
6.Experience of skills-industry challenge the company is facing and how your company deal with it?
7.how that impact your company outcome
( 以下问题设计到我的具体工作经历，因为我提到蛮多关于communication的点)
8.what you've learned U.S culture different from local culture
9.what is your take-away from the experience and how can you contribute to the community
10.tell me one time you have to rely on your team member to accomplish the goal?
11.one example what you learned from him for the project
12.since you are in the leadership role, tell me 1 unpopular decision you have to make?
13.anything you will do differently or again?
14.something you want to show about your off time. What do you do for fun.
15.Q&A

整体面试环境是属于轻松型的，面试官不会太push，面试官在面试你之前只看过你的简历。
