折腾了六个小时的 UCI video interview

全过程真是一言难尽。
总之，最后居然分分钟用IPAD下了APP录好了= =

因为折腾了非常久，我一共回答了十来个问题。还好只有1个没有准备到，而且也没有上传成功= =

问题：

1. new skills learnt in the past year

2. Giveus an example of how one of your strengths has benefited you when working in ateam environment.

3. Wheredo you see yourself in three years?

4. Whatvolunteer or social activities have helped you develop professional skills?

5. 遇到什么ethicaldilemma，怎么解决

6. Describea demanding situation that you were faced in which you managed to remain calmand composed.【题目是这么写的，但是视频中还问到你是怎么解决的】

7. 你的朋友用哪三个词来描述你？

8. Describe how you go aboutproblems. Give one example.

9. 为什么pursue career on accounting

10. Whatdo you do for fun.

11. Advantageover other candidates

12. 【没准备到的】描述一个团队合作中你和其它成员有分歧的事，你是怎么处理的。
