分享面经:Tepper [2015-03-10]

CMU Tepper: (一个白人中年女性，做介绍的时候说了名字，不记得了，也没有邮件联系过，因此名字无法告知了，30分钟整）

下面的问题包含了我自己搜集的面经，我面试的问题基本涵盖，但会有些针对个人经历的detail追问。

1，go through resume。
2，Short/long term goal。然后是plan b是啥。
3，teamwork，如何support each other。
4，失败的leadership经验。
5，international exp。
6，why tepper。
7，A time when my supervisor was not very supportive of me and how I handled it.
8，what's your contribution if you are the team member?
9，Elaborate a little more on your graduate education if you have a Master degree.
10，How do you convince the old school guys the importance of analytical abilities in making management decisions ?
11，Tell me an example where you had a under performing colleague and how did you deal with it ?
12，Tell me an example where you had conflict with senior management and how did you solve it ?
13，What difficulty is your organization facing
14，One incident where you worked with senior team. How did you work and how did you learn
15，Any situation where I worked over something I had little knowledge about. How did I cope with it./ How did you learn things that your job demanded but undergrad didn't provide?
16，Tell me about a time when you helped other people attain their goals.
17，hobbies
18, exp to fulfill the gap with different people/cultures
