一位美国的白人姐姐Jamie,第一眼看上去很温和，可面试的时候不苟言笑！！！她一点都不笑（看到很多大牛说她会问你英语很好咋么学的，可她根本没问LZ,LZ深深觉得可能她心情不好），就把我吓到了，为了给后面的同学一个参考（外加给超级无敌巨弱的楼主求求人品），给大家分享一下面试问题，以及自己的建议。PS: J一直强调有很多excellent applicators，不知道是不是暗示我什么。。。我只能一直说yes, your school is attracting more excellent applicators, blabla.....
写在前面：千万别紧张，认真你就输了！！！！ 话说有谁知道什么时候出结果么？？？？？
言归正传：
开始：时间非常准时，不会提前加你好友
视频过程：基本算流畅，可是毕竟距离远有延时，当她说话太多太快，会造成混音，很考验听力（说白了就是你很有可能听不清楚问题）. 第三个问题的时候我听不清楚，她就要求我打电话了，而且有点不耐烦
视频时长：24分钟，发问，5-8分钟
视频问题：
- introduce urself
- talk about ur international experience, anything u can remember
- what do u learn from the interview? how does it fit in ur career goal?
- what is ur career goal? what's ur plan to achieve ur goal?
- why do you choose this program?
- can u give me an example showing ur leadership?
- why do u think we should choose u ?
- any futher questions u want to ask?
