LZ昨天收到LBS的offer了，今天写一份面经回馈CD

好啦，废话不多说，直接开始正题

GeneralInformation:

1. Duration: 80 minutes
2. Language: English
3. Interviewer: alumnus (Ryan Wei)
4. Dress: business formal
5. Suggestion:
   Ask for a cup of water beforethe interview if possible
   Look up the interviewer’sprofile before interview

Questions:

1.      Self-introduction

2.      Diversity & culture

         1)      What do you think is the most challenging thing in culturally diversified team?

         2)      What can you contribute to suchteam?

         3)      How do you solve the conflict in such team?

         4)      Why LBS (我说了好多点，但我首先说的就是diversity. Ryan回应，他觉得其他因素都没有diversity更加有吸引力。于是，就有了下一个问题)

         5)      What can you contribute to LBS in terms of diversity?

         6)      Have you experienced culture difference within your country? Like north and south difference or east andwest difference?

3.      Team work

         1)      What do you do if team members are not motivated

         2)      What role do you play in the team (因为我的答案基本上是coordinator，所以他继续问了第三个问题)

         3)      Have you ever been a leader inthe team? What is the difference between being a team member and a team leader?

         4)      What will you do if someone dominates the team? (因为我说如果大方向错了的话，我还是会去challenge那个主导的人的，所以他继续问了我第四个问题)

         5)      How do you challenge people inyour team?

4.      Life in LBS

         1)      Do you know the clubs in LBS?What do you want to join?

         2)      Master in Management programoffers field trip opportunity. So, which country and which industry do you wantto apply for? And for what reason?

5.      Previous study

         1)      What do you think are the most important/valuable things you learned from undergraduate study? i.e. courses, skills…

6.      Career

         1)      Career planning (short term goal & long term goal)

         2)      For your short-term goal, whichcompany do you want to work for? And in what position?

         3)      In which country do you what to start your first consulting job? And why?

         4)      Do you have any back-up plan besides consulting?

7.      CV questions

         1)      What do you do in your previous three internships? (问得挺详细的。我之前在上海第一财经做过光大乌龙指事件的报道。Ryan让我描述了一下这件事情的经过，最后还问了我光大因为这件事情亏损了多少钱)

         2)      What do you learn from these internships? (挑了其中的两个问的)

8.      Business news

         1)      Recently, big consulting firmstend to acquire small ones. So, what do you think is the impact on consulting industry as a whole, on entry requirement and on individual job seeker?

         2)      Could you describe a piece ofrecent business news?
