Simon （Marketing with $8300)+印度小哥面经回忆 [2014-01-07]

楼主本来准备去洗洗睡了，突然听到邮件提醒，看到title是good news from Simon，果断精神了。。

附上回忆的印度小哥的面经，希望有帮助~

正式开始前是寒暄了几句，圣诞都干啥了之类的，然后小哥自我介绍，MBA校友，从事IT咨询行业，然后就正式开面了。

1. This is a blind interview and all I have is your resume, so why don't you walk me through your resume?
2. What is your plan after graduation?
   (楼主答回国)
3. Then why do you choose a foreign university to do that?
4. Tell me more about your intern in xxx;
5. What challenge you faced during your xxx(campus activity)?
6. The thing you are proudest of?
7. Type: Please describe a failure and what you learned from it(3-4 lines);
8. (Back to career goal) Why do you want to be a XXX in the future?
9. Q&A

大概就这些了，整个下来30分钟左右。

另外Q&A部分楼主问了do you have any suggestions about my interview，小哥明显皱了一下眉头说we are not allowed to evaluate interviewees' perfermance.所以建议不要问这个~
