顺序打乱了。面试题特点：题目巨长!  基本都3,4行。。

1. steps to 把一个poor-performance的team member变成一个effective的。
2. 欣赏的business leader
3. experience …cross-culture communication.
4. 情景设置题，我要接受一个group member都来自不同background的任务，bla bla bla 然后怎么做
5. Why fisher的一个变异题，但是一样可以套用的
6. 还有个有点关于global awareness的。。具体不记得了。
