我二签准备的问题如下,由于我被拒的理由是you can earn more in US, I don\'t believe you will come back. 针对这个问题,我特意准备了一下.
What will you study in the United States?
Applied financial mathematics. I want to focus on applying quantitative financial methods to an inefficient financial market, such as the financial market of China
What is your major? In what aspect of your major will you study?
My major is financial management.
It studies the projects of finance, such as financial analysis, investment, and financial prediction.
When did you get your BS/MS?
In the late of June.
What/where are you studying now?
Financial management.
In Southwestern university of Finance and Economics
How long will you study in USA?
2 years.
Who will support your study?
My parents.
My father is the director of Chongqing employment service Bureau. My mother is the director of Chongqing transportation Bureau. They both work for more than 30 years.
Would you like to see the list of my family’s economic status and the bank statement?
This $60,000 is from their investment. It is part of my family’s savings.
(And at the mean time, although in the first year, the university gives no scholarship to international students of this major, they will give in the second year depending on the performance. I think according to my previous academic performance, I will get the scholarship.打算在VO看完后说)
What is your purpose for the visa?
For study.

What is your plan? What will you do after graduation? (工作计划)
After graduation, I will come back and find a job in the Hong Kong or Shanghai branches of international investment banks or consulting firms, such as Morgan Stanley and McKinsey to do financial consulting.
Since these companies combine their global business with local wisdom, they prefer to hire local people. My overseas education background combined with my Chinese background will make me the right person they most want to hire.
And I hope, before 35, I can become a famous expert consulting Asian business in Finance.

Give me three reasons that you will come back to China?
First, I will have a better development in China as I will have much more opportunities.
Second, the social connection of my family is very helpful for my career development.

Why do you like your major?
Because this major has a strong mathematics background and a wide application, I am very interested in it.

Why do you want to study in USA?
Because in U.S. I can learn the most advanced knowledge of financial mathematics. I want to explore how to apply quantitative financial methods to an inefficient financial market, such as the financial market of China.
And I can greatly improve my skills of communicating and writing financial documents in English.
Therefore, I will be well-prepared for my career development in China.
You can earn more in US, I do not think you will come back.

The tuition is very high, I think you should work for some years and go to US
Yes, it is high, but it is worthy. It is the prerequisite to get a job in the top financial institutions in China and have a good personal development.

我们现在是校友哈，我的个人想法是这样的，前面的问题直接回答就是第一句好点，其他作为后面补充，勿一次说完。后面也尽量概括性的，由他来问到再做细答（当然答案准备要非常充分）
归国计划肯定将是你和他最重点的对话，强调中国金融业的面临大改革中有很多机会是必要的，
另外我觉得有必要强调你在这有深厚的社会基础（毕竟the tuition is not a problem for my family不仅说明钱也能说明你能回来），也就是强调家庭的社会力量，这与个人选择相比就是客观的死的东西，二者结合才更有说服力，强调父母都是政府官员，都是重要部门，强调父母的社会关系，影响该夸大的绝不要谦虚，父母都是当官的，你在这边的社会基础非常强，为什么要留在美国当一个一般打工仔？？（甚至可以考虑说回重庆的高级金融部门或机构，因为你在这有社会关系反而使人比SH HK信服）
我觉得你家的情况应该把社会基础这方面补充下。

我要是VO就会想,既然你如此想加入这些外资公司,那不如就在美国找工作更好些.所以,我个人劝你最好不要说这些FOREIGN BIG NAMES.
