Case WR MSF 面试 with Karla Crucke 22:00 [2012-12-3]

LZ 申请季的处女面，面之前慌死了啊，真没出息……

不到20:40 Karla就skype上线了，才是他们的早上7:40啊！勤劳啊！看到Karla上线LZ又差点吓尿了！太没出息了……
LZ 9:00 AM ET，看着时间变成9:00 了准时留言 "Ms Crucke, I am ready. Can I call you now?” 她说sure，然后就拨通了
LZ在寝室面的，信号很好，完全不卡，Karla果然很漂亮~
面经基本全的：

1. Please briefly introduce yourself and talk about why you choose finance
2. Why case weatherhead
3. Talk about your summer exchange experience at UC Berkeley, and how do you think of the different teaching style in US & China
4. Teamwork skills & experience, 你在teamwork中的缺点
5. Leadership experience，你在lead时的缺点
6. How do you deal with failure
7. Short & long term career goal
8. Q & A

LZ表现得一般般吧，不知道结果会怎样，bless us all！
