终于签过了，首先要感谢我的朋友靖靖和琳琳，她们的鼓励让我有勇气怀着必胜的信心面对VO。
背景：05年6月，大学毕业，签了三次Minnesota，HR, 均被拒。之后找了一家较有名的外企工作了一年。今天是第四签，学校换成UIUC。
签证过程如下：
今天人不太多，约的9:30, 但8:30就进去了。我碰到的是一个中年男子，30多，特别有耐心。他叫每个人的名字之前，都要仔细看DS表和护照，如果有据签史，他会再看一会电脑。他在看我的表和电脑记录时，使劲挠头，呈痛苦状，还和边上的黄磊说了几句话。我心想，不免一场恶战。然后VO叫了我的名字。
Me: Good morning, sir
VO: Good morning, how are you?
Me: Fine, thanks. Sir, I have big change this time. I have working experience in XXX company in HR area; my career plan is clearer, school is better, and the study time is only 1.5 years.
VO: Please give me your bank certificate
Me: Here you are. And my parents have operated their own company for over 8 years. The total expenses are only 400.000 and I have prepared 500,000 for my study.
VO: (看了看我的资金证明) You pass. You have got a good job.
Me: Thank you, you are so nice.
真的没想到会这么顺利，所以希望有过据签史的CD们，一定要有信心啊。但是充分的准备还是有必要的，不但能让自己更加自信，而且我看到有的VO会问很多问题的。
另外，附上前三次据签的经历:
前三次我的基本思路是说自己家的公司（中型企业）人力资源问题很突出，希望自己学成回到公司做人力资源部门经理，解决问题。
第一次 6月27日
VO: Why do you choose this area?
Me: It is the study of (disrupt)
VO: I know. Why do you choose this area?
Me: Because my company needs me to study this area. As our company is growing, we find that we can not use people, money effectively, and we lack the organizational structure to solve this problem.
VO: Why do you choose Minnesota?
Me: Minnesota ranks second in the area of labor and Industrial Relations, and I was very impressed with their curriculum.
VO: How many schools have you applied?
Me: Severn
VO: How many schools accept you?
Me: Three
VO: What is your future plan?
Me: I will come back and work in my family's company as a manager.
VO: Can you?
Me: I worked in our company when I was in holidays in the last four year, so I know our company well.
之后被拒。第二三次基本还是这个说法，也被拒。
