因为我是在成都的美领馆签证的，第一次被拒是6月13号，这里有那次的签证经过：
VO: (first question) Which university do you apply?
Me: University at Albany, State University of New York.
VO: How many universities did you apply?
Me: Four.
VO: What are them?
Me: The Eastern Illinois University, SUNY at Oswego, University of South Dakota.(由于我说南达会科达的时候发音不标准,所以VO连续说了3声Parden)
VO: Oh~~South Dakota, I know. And how many give you the offers?
Me: Three..
VO: Who will support you this trip?
Me: My parents.
VO: What does your father do?
Me: He is work for the government,in Sichuan Pixian commeite of the Chinese People’s Political Consulative Conferernce.
VO: (一直点头) Yeah, Pixian I know... how about your mother?
Me: My mother is work for the Sichuan Xuhua Pharmaceutical companiy.
VO: How about they annual income?
Me: My father is 30,000yuan, my mother is 120,000 yuan.
VO: (一直在我DS表上不停的写,并且皱起眉头开始逐渐打量我,然后又打了一下电脑,小声的说:So young…….)So are you graduate?
Me: Yeah, here is my diplima,do you want to see?
VO: Ok!(我递给他,其实他翻都没翻)Are you take Gaokao?
Me: Yes
VO: Why are you go to US?(由于他现在才问我这问题,我脑壳一下子没反应过来,愣了一会儿….)I mean why US??(他可能以为我没反应过来,有点不耐烦了!)
Me: (一身冷汗,而且说话有点打顿) Oh... Because I will go to the University at Albany, study the undergraduate courses of Economics in order to get my Bachelor’s degree.(吓惨了！)
VO: (叹气…眉头紧皱) Ok...Economics...but why you are not study in China
Me: Because I can not get the internationalization theoretical knowledge of Economics, and I also won’t get many chances to do the intership in some famous management consulting companies, you know it is a pity for me...(朝他笑)
VO: (根本没理睬我的回答,又开始翻我的录取信和I-20) And have you got Fangchanzheng?
Me: Yes,here you are...by the way, sir, we’ve got four shops in Jinjiang shangcheng street, so this is all the Fangchanzheng.
VO: (沉默……打电脑)Ok.
Me: (热情洋溢的对他说) I’ve got a very detailed study plan and what will I do after the graduate,do you want hear?
VO: (不是很耐烦的对我说) Well...not yet!! (等了一会儿,他又开始打电脑,并且始终皱眉盯着我看!!) Ok,please go ahead!
Me: (迫不及待的开口…) Well, I will seriously study the theoretical knowledge of Economics in the school,and I also participate in join some seminars or projects which the professors held in the school,and I will go to some famous management consulting companies,like BCG or McKinsey to do some intership,you know it is quite crucial for me to accumulate my practical experiences.After I graduate I will come back to China,work in some famous investment consulting companies like CIEC or McKinsey’s branch company in china’s region.I will work for 2~3 years.After that I plan back to Chengdu to set up my Investment Consulting company.(满怀期望的把他看到…)
VO: (不说话…..只见他拿起章往我护照上一盖!) I can not give you the visa today,sorry!
Me: (我恨不得冲进去给他两拳!!但我还是压住火气,对他说) Can you tell me the reason?
VO: This is nonimmigration visa application right,but you are not qualified,ok,bye-bye!!
Me: (我更是一肚子的莫名其妙以及冤气，而且我认为他等于没给我说!!) Bye...thanks!
这是2000的经过：
VO: Ok…which university you will go?
Me: Well, I will go to University at Albany, State University of New York.
VO: What will you study?
Me: Oh...it’s Economics (有点没反映过来).
VO: Why choose this university?
Me: The most important thing is: This school has the specialized courses for Investment Analysis Models in my major Economics and this school was top 100 public universities in US,its Economics was ranked 76 also…..the department of Economics focus on teaching in small classes…..that’s nice for me!!
VO: So...what is your cost for each year?
Me: About twenty three thousand dollars,include living expenses(笑)
VO: Who will pay you this trip?
Me: My parents.
VO: So your father’s annual income is 30,000yuan each year?
Me: (有点疑惑…心想他怎么知道??) Oh…yes!
VO: What about you mother?
Me: It’s 120,000yuan (由于对数字的说法不太清楚,所以说的断断续续的……)
VO: (他好象也知道我妈妈的收入似的) Oh…I got it!!
VO: So have you got another certificate of deposit??
Me: Yes... (说着将财产证明给他看)
VO: (很仔细的看了，并且用手机核算）
Me: And I’ve got Fangchanzheng,do you want to see?
VO: Of course...(看了一下，还给我) And what is your mother do before?
Me: Well, my mother used to be a business man before….you know she do the coal business,and she has her own restaurant... (说着，我就将我妈妈做煤炭生意的证明文件，以及酒楼的宣传资料给他看，他也较感兴趣) but that restaurant was backrupt... you know the bad cooperation with each other.
VO: (有点困惑的把我看到)Ok... So, how long will you stay in US?
Me: Well...it is to persue my Bachelor’s degree,so I plan to stay in US for 4 years.
VO: 等了一会儿Ok... 盖章!!
Me: Could you tell me the reason?
VO: Sorry,I don’t think you will bak to China.
如果有好心的路过人，经验丰富的……大侠，帮小弟分析一下……实在是无语了！！！因为每次都被拒的莫名其妙的……
