今天是在二号窗口，被Harry Porter给拒掉的。今天一、二号窗口的F1似乎都不太顺利。连一个去哈佛读生物博士全奖的都二话没说直接CHECK，另外听说有好几个川大去的也没过。
我认为我的问题主要是资金，但是签证官还是以214-b（移民倾向）为由把我拒了，签证过程大致如下：
VO: which university?
Me: Brandeis University.
VO: for Master's?
Me: Yeah. Master of International Economics and Finance.
VO: Who will pay?
Me: Brandeis offers me 60% tuition scholarship, and my parents will pay for the rest.
VO: （仔细看我的OFFER LETTER）
VO: What's your plan after study?
Me: After my graduate study, I plan to join China Council for the International Trade(CCPIT)...
VO: （打断）Do you have any connection with that institution?
Me: I took my internship from last July to this May at CCPIT Sichuan Council. During my internship, I found working for CCPIT is quite challenging and interesting...
VO: （打断） Will they keep the vocation for you?
Me: They have not promised. But my boss hopes me to work for him badly. Would you like to see my supporting letter?
VO: No.
VO: I want to see your financial certification.
Me: （我把银行证明和父母收入证明拿给他。I-20表上是第一年需要家里提供3万USD。因为之前一直以为只要提供I20的数目就够了，所以我家的证明只开了30万RMB，合3.75万USD。剩下带了张7万RMB的其他银行的存单还没拿出来。俺家实际上除了这37万就只有些散碎银子了。）
VO: It's a two-year program. But the money showing in the bank statement is not enough for your whole period.（指着我的30万证明）
Me: I thought showing the certification of savings the amount according to the I20 form is enough. My parents have other savings in other banks, and they all have stable income.（都是公务员。）
VO: So how much else do your parents have?
Me: I take another deposit with me.（把那个7万拿出来。)
VO: （一看还是不够）
Me: I didn't bring the other deposit. There are maybe 100,000RMB. And they have house property.
VO: You mean they will sell the house?
Me: Of course not. They all have stable income.
VO: （电脑敲字，看来我没有把他说服）。
VO: How much will you earn at the institution you just mentioned after you return?
Me: Maybe only 2 or 3 thousand a month when I first start my career. But I believe my background in Brandeis will benefit me for my promotion. You know, after the promotion, there will be more salary.(预计薪水这个确实很低，但我不敢对签证官撒谎。因为他们很了解中国国情。）
VO: （盖章）I am sorry you are not qualified for the visa.
Me: Can you explain the reason to me? Is that due to financial problems?
VO: It seems to me that your family spend most of their savings on your study. And you can only earn 2 or 3 thousand when you return...
Me: （我继续解释说我会得到提升，薪水会提高；另外CCPIT的工作对我futher career goal也有帮助，my futher goal is...）
VO: （他虽然没打断但已经没有在听了）I am sorry.
Me: Thank you all the same.
我的二签该做些哪些准备呢？现借钱来存不稳妥。其他方法呢？？而且不光是钱的问题，他以此认为我有移民倾向。麻烦啊。
