看了kevin的签经，其他情况我就不赘述了（友情更正一下Kevin，你是不是昨天郁闷的晕了，我是签BC不是UNC~），只有一个感觉，1000的人pass是蛮轻松的
背景：去年1000 UIUC自费master被拒，今年换BC的PhD in OS，全奖。我的整个签证过程很快！大概也就3分钟左右！
Me: Good morning, Madam!
VO: Good morning!
... （按手指的那一堆废话我就不说了）
VO: So you plan to pursue a PhD degree this time? （可能是已经注意到我上次签的是master）
Me: Yes, Madam. Actually I never changed my mind to lead an academic career. I'm always interested in the academic research and my acceptance into a world-class PhD program proves that I'm well qualified to take PhD study. I ... （准备说我的学习计划，被打断）
VO: Do you have a study plan?
Me: Yes, Madam. Would you like to take a look at it?
VO: Ok.
我递上书面的Study plan（one page，写得蛮详细，而且BC的教授帮我看过，也说写的很好，没问题），同时自己再表述一遍（不是按着稿子背，而是口语化的表述）我说了大概20秒，被VO打断
VO: What's your job now?
Me: Now I works as a **** in company. Would you like to see my Resume and Certificate of Employment?
VO: No. （我有点愕然，我4月份才换了一家很有名的公司，没想到VO会不看我的简历，觉得这儿已经想拒我了）
VO: You have been to USA in 2004?
Me: Yes, as a tourist. And that's a .... （被打断）
VO: （用中文问道）你去了哪些地方？
Me: Well, I have been to Washington, New York, Baltimore, Buffalo.... （VO一直在敲字，突然打断了我）
VO: What do you think of America?
Me: What impressed me most is that most of the American people are very polite and friendly. And lots of people seems to have a fast life pace. （VO还是一直在敲字）
VO笑了一下，我还以为应该签证没问题了
VO: Sorry sir, I still cannot approve your visa this time.
Me: Would you please tell me why?
VO: （用中文说道）我不相信你会回国，你要读的专业很好，留在美国会有很好的发展。我很抱歉。
我晕...
Me: Thank you, Madam.
