yesterday,i was on business trip to shenyang and by the way went to shenyang consulate general(CG).i will give the information i have ever seen on apr 28 only for shenyang f1 friends.
i went to CG at 8 am.there were about 50 people fo visa.most of them were for b1,b2.i only saw one girl for f1 and she was 4000 but not passed .oh,i forgot today is thursday which only open for rejected f1,b1..... in the morning only 5--6 won their visas.i heard yesterday many f1 passed ,including went to study language and bachelor.but today faint.after my lunch i returned to CG,i had the opportunity to see the two of 3 vo (i heard there were 3 VO,two woman and one man),one was very fat young woman and the other was thin young man and they possibly went for their lunch.
i heard there were two windows for visa in the hall and the woman was friendly and patient.
there are many cheap hotels near the CG.it will take you 30--40 yuan for us passport photo.the transportation is very convinent and you can get to the CG by bus of 265 from north railway station and 246 from south railway station.
that is all i have know and i hope to do some good for shenyang F1 friends.
