理由极其荒谬：u have good foundation in china,so u don't need any study.

然后坐到位子等，哇，总共才4个窗口开着，竟然有3个杀手：传说中的10号，亚裔MM，还有褐发MM，我有些紧张，但是很快平静，开始看问题，我估计他们会找“工作经验少”的毛病。11：20样子，一个PHD全奖被拒，说什么第1年全奖，那么后面4年资金不够，那人争辩：i believe i can get TA in the rest years.还是盖了拒签章。然后，10号窗口亮我的号115，下面是过程：

出来后，才发现一个CARNEGIE MELLON的CS也是这么拒了，他爸爸在中央门有个公司，也说他国内基础好，没有必要读书。妈的，全奖PHD说没有钱继续读，有钱读书的又说国内更好，没必要出去。
