Me: I have plans other than back to my current company. I would start up my own business. *******. If not, I will persue a higher management position in sourcing function. You may know, I've been working in global sourcing for 6 years. And there is more and more MNC moving their sourcing function to China. So it would be much more oppotunities in the coming 5 years for me in China. And I think my salary could be reach to *** /year.
