My Thanks to CDers and others (GMAT 770, Taiwan)

[日期:2004-12-31] 来源:ChaseDream论坛 作者:rainbowcc [字体: ]

Total: 770 / Math 51 99% / Verbal 46 96%

(I can't type in Simplified Chinese, so I will type in English instead...)

Just completed the test today, what a relief!

First thing I remembered was to post a thank you note to ChaseDream: My thanks to all board masters, and others to many to be named...My personal thanks to Shinogigi, for her inspiration...

Second thing, I would like to share some tips with you:

(Let's call it Charlie's Ten Commandments  :P)

  1. If ETS is an religion, OG'd be the Bible.
  2. GMAT is a life style.
  3. Sleep well at all times.
  4. Don't do too many AWAs...they waste too much time that can be better spent on Verbal.
  5. Never, ever underestimate GMAT, for if you do (so :P ) you will be crushed.
  6. Math is important. But whether you get 49, 50 or 51 really depend on luck...
  7. Don't rely on JJ to much. Sometimes a incomplete JJ can be quite confusing...
  8. Don't take breaks in test...it only extend the time you have to endure...(I ended Math with 10 min left and Verbal with 15 min left...)
  9. Entertainment is important...(Don't wear yourself just before the test, I personally played CS:Source the whole day just a day before the test...)
  10. Let me repeat it again:If ETS is an religion, OG'd be the Bible.

Let's keep in touch and I will try help answer your question ... (I will try to help you as CD have helped me...)

BTW if you live in Taiwan, and would like to get a GMAT tutor you may contact me as well!

Good luck to you all!
