Rochester MSF 面经 4.6 with Marc Williams [2012-04-06]

一大早面的，Marc人还挺nice，面了十分钟Skype有点卡，就直接改语音了。

问的问题基本就是那些：

1. Tell me about your internship
2. Why Simon? Why MSF? Why now
3. Leadership experience
4. Teamwork exp
5. How to solve a conflict
6. How to regain respect after making mistakes
7. How do u differentiate yourself from other applicants
8. 还问了我一个关于加拿大的问题（本科在多伦多上的）加拿大的本科经历对我有什么帮助

现在就是等消息了，希望一周内能出结果，求offer！

补下background：
Undergrad: University of Toronto
Average overall GPA, 金融相关课程均3.8
GMAT 750
国内两水实习
