热腾腾的面经MKT@WPI [2012-02-21]

David讲话慢，口音超级清晰，而且人超级nice，口头禅全是you‘r great/you did really great job/smart/great answer...
偶尔还会开个玩笑，很会调节气氛，我都有点忍不住想继续侃大山。感觉很少女杀手，但是又不露面！

面了半小时多一点，问题全是旧的。但是考虑到也许有这两天要面的童鞋还会面同样的问题，就当给大家缩小一下范围吧。

1. Why WPI, why the program
2. Career plan
3. How to motivate someone who is not doing his job well
4. Personal characteristics (how do your friends say about you)
5. Describe a project and what you learn from that

就这些吧，全是基本问题。祝想去WPI的好运。
