面得比较早，都是些常规的问题问题主要分三部分：

1. career goal
1.1 self introduction
1.2 why short term goal( IBD), what do youthink you need to achieve this
1.3 why want to work in Hong Kong
1.4 do you have alternative plan B

2. past experience
2.1 the achievement in the past you aremost proud of
2.2 the biggest challenge you have faced
2.3 leadership experience
2.4 team work experience
2.5 do you have experience work with peoplefrom different countries or cultures?
2.5.2 if not, do you think you cancoordinate well with LBS students from different countries?

3. why school
3.1 why LBS program

4. do you have some questions to ask me
