刚刚结束了ESSEC的电面，问题还是超级多，应接不暇的感觉。
本来是要用skype来面的，结果还是连接不好，所以那边学校打了过来，总共3个人给我面的：
1个是个大舌头，不晓得是不是印度人，说的英文我听不懂。
1个是个帅哥，英文说的很标准。
还有个是个女的，问题问的很叼。
男人给女孩子面大多都还问的比较gentle,问题我都能接上。一上来的问题是。
- Please use 3 minutes to tell us the connection of your future career plan and the program you choose? （我选得是Strategy and management in international business) - 调查动机。
- According to your experiences in Germany, what were the most difficult part for you when live in germany? -调查我能不能适应在其他国家的适应程度。
- What are the different culture between Germany and China? What have you learned from it?
- In terms of the news, what is your favorite kinds of news? - 对实事的敏感度。
- Tell us 3 biggest news which have inspired you in the last couple of years. 妈的，我傻了。 对实事不关心的后果啊。
- have you ever lead a team, can you tell us what role do you play? - 调查leadership
- 接下来那个女的让那个男的来即兴扮演一个团队里很麻烦的人，不愿意配合做事情的人，让我去劝说他。 我觉得那个部分我表演的不错，那个男的非常满意说了Very good。
- Why do you choose to go to america for the second semester?
- What kind of person are you in the real world? What do you like to do in your leisure time?
- Do you speak french? 然后稍微测试一下。
- Which area do you like to work at?
- Do you have any friends in shanghai which are not local? -测试国际性，以及性格。
可能我回答问题太快，他们就一个接一个的问题问我，大家要吸取经验，以后想好再说，说慢点。 其他暂时想不出了，想出来再上来po,积攒RP ing
