MIT M.Fin. Interview [12/17/2010]

不知道第一轮的Interview发没发完，总之希望对后来的同学有帮助~

面官是位Madam,特脆生的小声儿~先是Small Talk 聊了聊北京的天气。

进入正题：

1. Leadership Example
2. Why choose to be a leader?
3. Handle conflicts between team members.
4. Work with someone who are quite different with you.
5. Experience of teaching others or mentoring others
6. Career Goals and Why define your goals as such?
7. Your Questions.

面官人很NICE，结束的时候各种肯定鼓励加祝贺~
也不知道意思是觉得我有希望还是安慰一下可能杯具的人儿...
一月底或者二月份出结果，but probably Feb~ 说基本上木有什么希望提前通知，还劝我enjoy the New Year，该去哪儿high去哪儿high~
