WPI M.S. in Marketing and Technological Innovation 的面经 [2010.12.3]

时间：12.3 ETS 9.00 AM（北京时间晚十点）
方式： skype（他们让自己选择skype or phone，我自己选的skype）
面试官：Mark Fellenz （Mark大叔人很nice，他说我是他面的第一个人，完全没为难我）
申请专业：M.S. in Marketing and Technological Innovation

问题：

1. talk about one of your failure.
   （我说了工作中的一个障碍）
2. how do you train yourself to improve yourself to 克服上述的那个障碍。
3. what things no matter academic or not that impressed you most about other people？
   （没太理解，请他解释：就是你觉得别人的啥品质最能impress you？我说了之前的领导的某些personality，执着，刻苦之类）
4. Are there any others that impressed you？
   （我夸奖了下我爹，balabalabala）
5. 可以看出家庭对你的影响很大，能解释下，在conflict（我上面谈我爹的时候， 说到了在出国专业上的分歧）上，你是如何说服你父亲的嘛？
6. what type of people do you work with most effectively?
7. what type of people you don't work effectively with?

我问的问题：

1. How do you combine the tech with mkt or biz?
2. what kind of jobs do your graduations usually search for?

全程大约40分钟，虽然他开始说大概20分钟他问，10分钟我问，后面聊开了就不小心超时了。个人感觉很多问题还是很紧贴我的申请材料的，因为有>3yr的WE，所以很多东西都是从WE的角度来解释的，他也就往下追问了很多，所以最后有点超时了。M大叔人确实很nice，结束后还上 skype说，有啥事随时给他mail。
