小米人超好，之前约在周五晚上，不知什么故障，电话我接不到，又改在了这周一。
上来后爆紧张，音都颤了，后面总算平静下来，中间的答题小米一直在鼓励，excellent ,good, very interesting~~~不过交流比较少，汗。。。口语实在是不行。
最汗的是我提问时，用到了一个firm，小米听不懂，我发音蛮标准好不好。
上面经（想了好久，一定要贴上来，和之前那个总结帖里的基本重合，大家好好按那个准备）
1. career goal and how to achieve happiness
2. how ur diversity contribute to this program
3. tell about one ( 有名字）activities in ur resume
4. some leadership u have experienced
5. the different issue in two conditions , a condition u work alone and the other u work with others, how to achieve ur goal?(记不太清了，这个）
6. communicational ways
7. 团队里有人说坏话，或是gossip,你怎么办？
8. 谈一个经历，放弃了short term profit 得到了long term profit~~~
9. ...这个真的记不起来了
还有什么问题尽管问我~~~~~真的想为CD做些什么， so come on ~~~~
