[已录] HEC-Yale M2M 面经 [2022.02.22]

本来因为感觉自己 bg 一般、m2m 项目流程又比较复杂，一开始都不是很想交这个申请，谁能想到竟然能看上我…侧面说明大家选校一定要勇于尝试，说不定就看对眼了哈哈哈哈。

Timeline:

• 01.01 交 hec 申请
• 01.11 耶鲁 next step 补交材料
• 02.11 两校通知面试
• 02.17 hec 面试
• 02.22 耶鲁面试
• 03.01 hec + 耶鲁录取

HEC 面经：一共大概 20-25 min，两个面试官。

1. 自我介绍。
2. Why this program, what it can do to your career?
3. Experience in miscommunication?
4. Experience in using tech/emotional skills?
5. Any clubs you would like to join?
6. What do you think success is?
7. Your recommendation of a film/book?
8. If a golden ticket to any firm and any position, which one and why?
9. Biggest challenge coming to hec and France?
10. Have you talked to students here and what do you think you learned that you may contribute to hec?
11. Q&A.

之前看其他面经也有很多人说 hec 面试官比较黑脸，事实感觉确实她们的积极反馈相对而言会少一些，但是人明显都很好，中间也会开一些小玩笑，所以大家准备和说的时候不用特别紧张，能拿到面试说明你的能力已经很强了。

Yale 面经：25min 左右，一个面试官。

1. Why SOM, how could the school/program be helpful to you?
2. Tell me about your future career.
3. Tell me something about your internships. （虽然是复数但很显然只要着重挑一个你自己最拿手的讲就行）
4. M2M has a very flexible curriculum, how that might be helpful to you?
5. Name one person that may have influenced you and why?
6. Your experience in undergrad school.
7. Current experience/involvement of the community? （这个可能主要是因为和我的职业发展相关）
8. Q&A.

耶鲁的面试官明显活跃很多，全程都是笑脸并且一直会有积极反馈，气氛就跟普通聊天一样，刚一开始上来也会很 chill 的关心一下你现在的学业生活怎么样。

BG:美本 top 30 经济 + 政治，3.7+，GRE 334 免 t，两段实习智库 + ngo
