UCI MSF 面经 with Natalia [2021.02.25]

2. Leadership experience.（我的 resume 里有所以我直接说了，不说应该也会问）
3. Follow up questions on the leadership experience: how to solve conflicts/ what skills you have acquire through this experience that you may bring to the master program?（因为我有一段一年的 student president experience 所以根据这段经历提了很多小问题）
4. Follow up questions on exchange program experience.(自己认为自己对海外生活适应能力如何/有什么感悟）
5. If you are going to become a team leader during the program, what will you do to prepare for the position?
6. Short-term/long-term career plan.（有没有留美打算）
7. How will the program help you in achieving your career goals?
8. What other universities applied-If got into all, what factors will affect your decision?
9. Q&A.

开始前会自我介绍并把简历调出来，手上应该只有简历并且没有提前认真看过。面试过程中会做笔记，氛围很 casual 回应很积极，冷场的时候会主动找话题介绍学校项目背景之类。我因为网出问题可能打乱了她的节奏，但问题还是几乎都包括在面经里了，大家认真准备面经就够啦。

还有开始前要检查好网络，我的网平常上 zoom 网课都很正常但是进面试间以后对方听不到我说话也看不到我，大家尽量提前找好信号最强的地方避免出现这种问题。

看了一圈感觉三个面试官都差不多，能选早上面还是选早上吧，三点太顶了，脑子还有点不清醒。

2. 描述一下 team work 里遇到 conflict 的经历，如何解决的？

4. 提到了我实习经历中最近的一次实习，问我可以为这个 MFIN 项目带来什么？
5. 有没有对除了 campus 以外的地方感兴趣。（这里我听到有点蒙了然后她解释说是组织啊 club 之类的有没有感兴趣的，然后我说的不太好因为没准备到，但她还是很亲切的告诉我说学校的组织或 club 有很多，学校边上的 beach 也很漂亮，建议我如果在这个项目学习可以多融入当地融入校园之类，然后我说我对志愿者协会挺感兴趣的，然后她说会推荐我去学校志愿者协会。）

7. 描述一下 teamwork 里遇到 conflict 的经历，如何解决的？
8. 大概意思是，UCI 的校园活动和 club 很丰富，你有什么感兴趣的吗？
9. 没听清，大概是有关如何处理和 teammates 的关系的吧？我确认了一遍问是不是要说如何处理 conflict（因为我准备了）她说可以。这个大家看看其他的面经吧。
10. 说一下作为 team leader 的经历。
11. 你在日常生活中有什么兴趣爱好？（我说了好几个，最后说到喜欢看科幻小说，喜欢三体，但是她不知道，结果开始聊起 Star War 和前段时间出的 Mandalorian，然后她叫我去看星战的电影）
