面试的是一位 SARAH'O 什么的女士，人很和善，会给很积极的反馈，整个面试流程大概 12 分钟，题目基本上都是相同的：

1. Introduce yourself.
2. Talk about internship, what you learn from it?
3. Short term goal.
4. Why Simon, why Rochester?
5. Any cross cultural experience.
6. Any skills that I want to highlight.
7. Q&A.
