我遇到的是新题：whom I admire and why?（感觉自己回答的一团乱麻，虽然这道题很好说）

对于一个非常重要的 speech or TED，你会讲述什么？
For an important speech, I will focus on how to adjust my attitude when I encounter some injustice as the theme. In today's society, everyone is in pursuit of fairness and justice, and it is important to be fair in everything. But I want to say that nothing in the world is completely fair. Everyone is born, some people are born in rich families, some people are born in poor families. Some people may be born with a lot of things that others can not get such as money, clothes and so on. I remember I used to envy Kendall's daughter Stormy. When she was born, she could carry a Hermes on her back. Her parents had a lot of money. One year's birthday gift was a miniature house. What she got as a child is something that most people would have to work hard to get or not get. Including study, even if some people do very well, but maybe his family can not pay the high tuition, he has to give up this opportunity. There is nothing we can do to stop or change this unfairness. Because of these unfairness, some people may become jealous and complain about their parents. But we need to change our mentality, everyone has his own happiness, that is not others. We can't change the environment, but at least let ourselves not be changed by the environment.
Describe your ideal work environment.
Firstly, a harmonious environment; I’m the person who is very out-going and like communicate with others. Working sometimes might be very tired and it spends lots of our time to deal with it. A harmonious and friendly environment can help us to relax even we have a huge working pressure.
Second, collaboration and communication. To be specific, everyone in the friendly, and we need to respect each other. That’s the basic thing for me in an environment. Moreover, we also need to communicate with others fluently. This can let us to be more effective and let us to do a better job. Working is also another kind of learning for me. We can share our experience and help with each other.

In the Econ course final team project, I led my team to analyze a company’s advantages and disadvantages, competitors and so on. And the biggest problem is that due to Covid-19, some team members were back to their hometown which means that we did not in the same time zone. And also because we did not know others before, we were all shy to communicate at the beginning. At that time, I was kind of volunteer to be the group leader and gather us. I firstly built a group chat, confirming everyone’s schedules and contacting emails. Then I sorted out the general framework of the assignment and existing questions, consulting the professor on deeper understanding. I distributed the team works, and finally got the highest score out of the class. I was more like the leader gathering everyone, uniting everyone and allocating their own responsibilities. After everyone finished their jobs, I’ll go over and revise them.
大学教育中认为最棒的部分是什么？
The greatest part in the university might be the freedom, independence, and also collaboration. It can also understand as lots of choices. In high school, we cannot choose to take courses that we like. However, in university, we have the opportunity to take the course we are interested in. As for me, I am quite attracted by media. Therefore, I chose some courses related to film a trailer and design posters, photoshop, etc in my university. Moreover, for studying in the United States, we need to live without our parents which means that we can live with our friends or ourselves. Living with my friends, we always cook together and decorate our own apartment. This is really a good and unique experience for me. For collaborating, because I took several classes that we need to work with others to do the project. This can let us improve the skill that communicating with others and also get the chance to know more people.
How do you motivate yourself when you are assigned a task? Because I always very active to do a task. I’m kind of enjoying the process and I will have a specific plan of this task. Therefore, for me, make a complete plan and have a checklist is the first step. Divide the task into small parts and do it one by one, check one whenever finish under good management, do things in order and with high efficiency encourage myself by some presents promise myself to buy sth I want when I finish the task on time have more motivation
Do you use emojis or emotions during communications? Why?
Yes, I enjoy using emojis and emotions a lot when I’m sending message with others. First of all, emojis could convey my emotion more directly and fluently. The biggest drawback of sending message could be that mood can’t be fully expressed. However, with the help of emojis, you could easily tell whether he is angry or sad or frustrated. Second, emojis add more interest into the conversations. Many emojis and emotions are really entertaining, and communication, especially some small talk should be full of fun. People could use different emojis to tease on each other. My favorite emoji should be the one covering its face. It represents different feelings and the person has nothing to say. I use it a lot when I’m sending message with others. It helps me convey my feelings very well and my friends could easily know my attitude. Moreover, when I want to end conversation with someone, it’s impolite for me to simply not reply him. I might choose to use the emoji covering face as a short reply and the end of story.
How would you feel if you spend one day without cell phone? One week?
Nowadays, our country develops at a high speed. Cell phone is very important for everyone in our daily life. Paying via cell phone and communicating with others. I can’t imagine the time that spend one week without cell phone. Spending one day without cell phone is kind of ok for me. I might find it quite interesting and have more time for face to face communication. I could sit tight and talk with my parents, sharing my recent experience on campus while they could tell me about their problems. Moreover, we could go out for a walk together, enjoying the peace and beautiful scenery that we might disregard before. Our relationship would definitely be enhanced during the whole day. However, when I have to give up my phone for a week, I might feel empty and inconvenient. In China, people seldom use currency, instead they just pay with apps on their cell phones, like WeChat Pay, Alipay. If I couldn’t use cell phone, I would find it hard to buy products, have lunch and dinner and even take a subway.
Tell me about your biggest weakness.
I could be quite careless sometimes. pursue for high efficiency, forget about high quality have to spend a lot of time revising and correcting my work this process could actually lower my overall efficiency sort of my characteristic can’t do well in detailed work, like handwork too bold sometimes: not think thoroughly and do it immediately when I realize the problem, start to correct it force myself to pay more attention in details do an overall plan before actions correct my work before handing over to my teacher or supervisor gradually, improve myself and avoid mistakes

What moral dilemma you faced recently?
My takeout was late for nearly an hour and I was really starving. I could give a negative comment to the restaurant and the delivery boy, and everyone involved would pay for it. But I understand that since it is near Spring Festival, restaurants are short of delivery men and every deliver has lots of missions. I struggled to make a decision. You know, people could be extremely furious when they are hungry. According to the restrictions, restaurants and delivers do need to pay for the delay and customers have the right to complain or make a negative comment. I have every reason to do so. However, delivery men are really tired and laborious, so we should try to understand their hard work. A single negative comment won’t cause much to me, but it could cost a lot to a delivery man. Finally, I chose not to comment on them and had my meal.
你是怎么获取新闻的？
How do you get more information about an interesting topic? I would read related materials on my cell phones. WeChat and Weibo would push recent news to me every day.
你做过让你觉得最像你自己的活动？
Dancing. Dancing not only can let me feel very relaxed but also the place where I can show myself to others. For most of the girls, we always want to be shine and show people our advantages. And I also imagine to stand in the stage since I was young. Dancing in the studio or some other places, at that moment, I feel that I’m in the center in the world. Moreover, I always feel too much pressure from studying. And dancing is the thing that I feel relaxed and I’m really enjoy the time that the sweat in my body. Lastly, dancing also I need to communicate with my teacher that hw to record it and how to show people with a better performance. It lets me feel that I’m working with the thing that I like.
How do you conclude whether you agree or disagree with an idea?
When I agree with someone, I will conclude her or his idea, and then maybe provide some other details. And then listen to his or her idea. If I disagree with someone, I will analyze that the advantages and disadvantages of his idea and then comparing with my opinion. After listening to her suggestion, I will tell her my statement and explain that I have that opinion and listen to her feedback and communicate with her about our ideas.
How do you spend $100,000?
Investing half of it and then give my parents $20,000. Then, I’ll go traveling.
What is an important celebration in your family?
Spring festival. -family reunion, meet relatives and family members communicate, enhance relationship -receive red envelopes, money -colorful fireworks, lighten the sky -all sorts of celebration activities, parties…

my friend, Christine in middle school -struggled with my schoolwork and final exam -she told me to cheat on the exam
How would you like to change the world?
Since finance is my field, I would like to change the world by prompting Inclusive Finance. Inclusive Finance aims to provide appropriate and effective financial services at affordable cost to all social strata and groups. I might not have the power to help with the whole process, but I want to dedicate myself in at least part of it. I hope I can provide a special platform for small and micro enterprises through my efforts in the future, increasing their exposure rate, so that their products can be seen by more people. At the same time, I desire to help expand the communication channels between emerging enterprises and developed enterprises, so as to promote the sustainable development of the financial market. With the strong power of Inclusive Finance, the world would be better.

ChunXi Road; It’s a very famous and flourishing sight-seeing in my hometown, Chengdu. In ChunXi road, people can eat all the snakes of my hometown. Moreover, some famous companies such as Metlife insurance company, citibank, and IFS, etc. They also set their company at there. People not can enjoy and food, and also can understand the pace of my hometown directly. Meanwhile, in ChunXi road, the most advanced place in Chengdu. People also can slow their pace of life. To be specific, there’s a famous park called RenMing park in ChunXi road. People can drink some tea and just chat with others. Furthermore, there are also many well-known brands such as LV, Chanel, etc and also some popular brands such as Champion, Treasure. People also can buy different kinds of brands in one place directly. For locals, we all say that ChunXi road is the place that you can feel chill and busy at the same time.
给年轻的你一个建议？
I would like to suggest myself several years ago to do more exercises. When I attended university, I was busy with all kinds of stuffs, student association, internship, schoolwork and so on. Therefore, I forgot about doing regular exercises and spent more of my time indoors. My body constitution became weaker and caught a cold easily. If I reminded me five years ago to take exercises more frequently, I would spend more time exercising, like swimming, outdoor running, hiking and develop a positive habit. Thus, I might have a better health and fitter body now. Not able to turn the clock back, I start this year to develop the habit of regular exercise and hope to gain a better health.
对你有重要意义的地方？
My home; The place that I born and grow up; For me, home is the word of happiness, courage, memory, and love. When I was 5-year-old, my parents were busy with their job. Therefore, I grew up with my grandparents. And my grandfather was passed away the year before last. Therefore, for me, home is the place that where grandfather is; the memory of my childhood. Nowadays, I’m studying in the United States. And I only come back to China twice a year. Therefore, home is more important for me. When I met some challenges or when I suffer a sad back in life, home becomes the firm shelter where we can find comfort and receiving curement from my parents, so that’s why I say home is the place of happiness and courage.
What’s the most important issue in your hometown or neighborhood?
The most important issue in my hometown in the environmental development. The new development opportunity of exporting to Europe brought by the Belt and Road Initiative has brought enough momentum to the development of Chengdu. However, the contradiction between the increasing demand for the development of basic industries and the objective geographical environment of Chengdu has become increasingly prominent. The planned population of Chengdu is 22 million, which is the same order of magnitude as that of Beijing. With such a large population, in addition to the financial, Internet, biotechnology, medical and beauty industries, which are now focused on development, it is inevitable that huge basic industries are needed to provide job opportunities as the support of urban development. The Chengdu government is also aware of the problem. However, the environmental development of Chengdu has not been improved.
How to balance life and work?
For me, there are two ways that helping me balance life and work.
1.Manage your working hours reasonably Get things done on time, concentrate on work while working, some things in the work, some unexpected problems may occur, you have a good countermeasure, even if after work, the solution is already there. This is why some people arrange their work reasonably and can deal with emergencies and relax after work.
2.Don’t bring your personal emotions to work, and don't bring them home with you either. In our lives, we often hear bosses tell employees not to bring emotions to work, and family members tell us not to bring emotions home... Many people often deal with things with emotions in work or life, so the interpersonal relationship is not harmonious, which will directly affect their job promotion and family harmony.
What kind of feedback do you prefer?
Say it directly. In my opinion, I prefer to say it directly and I think that it’s the fastest and most sincere way of communication between people. Express your ideas clearly and get the answer from the other side as quickly as possible. The purpose of communication is not to let the other person say their own answer, but to effectively understand the other person, and let the other person know your true intention.
How do you define failure?
For me, there really is no such thing as success or failure in life. As long as you put in the effort, even if the end result is not very good, but still not a failure Not being able to take care of your life, take better care of the people around you, and do something useful to give back to society may be a bit of a regret, but it's not a failure. It's a lack of capacity. So no matter when, people will not be overthrown by the realm. The only person who can kill us is ourselves. It's never too late to recognize your problems and start making changes. Don't always think that failure is not failure. In fact, failure is to know their own shortcomings but not to overcome, to give up their own.
Do you prefer to work alone or work in a team?
I prefer to work in a team with three reasons. Firstly, learning from each other. Because we are not good at every aspect. Working in a team, we can learn others’ advantages and also their reaction when they have some problems. Secondly, we can get a variety of opinions. The point of teamwork is that socializing can significantly improve learning. Not only do you have to listen to others, but you also have to compare, contrast, and integrate their ideas into your own. Maybe someone else's opinion will change your mind, or show the weakness of your own. It is only through contact with others that your perspective can change. Finally, it practices the ability that we communicate with others and also the ability to deal with the divergence in the group.
If you are going to teach a course, what subject would it be?
Math;Because I grow up with my aunt because that my parents were busy with their job. And my aunt is a math teacher. Therefore, since I was young, I started to learn some advanced math theories. I always went to school with my aunt and stayed in her class to listened to the knowledge. Because of this, my math is pretty good comparing with my peers. Also, I enjoy the time that solving a math problem. For me, solving a math problem is a kind of relaxed thing and I’m always proud that I know how to solve some puzzles that others don’t. Math is kind of way that connecting me with my aunt and also my childhood.
What do you see yourself in ten years?
Ten years later, time flies and I am 30 years old. In fact, I don't know if ten years later I'm still trying to hold on to my childhood dream. However, I hope that ten years later I have become the person I want to be. Have a job you love and spend time with people you love. I have been to many places and seen different cultures. I have my own independent ideas and will not be affected by some small things. No matter what you have experienced, do not give up, do not lose the most true self and the original dream.
Life is a long journey, ten years later I must have a firm goal and work hard for this goal. Ten years later, I am sure I have the ability to take care of my parents and meet their needs just as my parents treat me now.
