案例分析：
With its share of the smartphone market slipping, Apple plans to launch a lower-cost iPhone in the spring of 2020 to win customers in emerging markets and retake ground in China lost to Huawei and other rivals, sources said.

讨论：

1. What is cost management?
2. 以 Apple 为例，探讨 manage cost 的方法。 这一环节自由讨论，基本上每个人有两次发言的机会。

最后是 Q&A 部分。

面试共用时约 40 分钟。
