[已录] Dalhousie CRMBA Skype Interview with Ally [2020.01.22]

1月28号更新：已顺利收到来自Dalhousie的offer。

1月22号晚上10点15分，和Ally一对一Skype面试，全程约42分钟。面试完1个小时左右，Jennifer就给我发邮件说Ally给我写recommendation了，接下来就是等最终录取结果，一般2周内，最迟3周内就会发邮件通知。我随后写了Thank you letter，邮件回复感谢Jennifer和Ally的一路支持。

面试问题如下：

1. Why CRMBA program? What makes you a strong candidate?
2. Responsibility but didn't workout?
3. How to lead a disfunctional team?
4. How to lead a two-month project whose team members frenquently change? How to make sure the project goes well?
5. Who is important in your career? Why important?
6. Three things to improve yourself in the next five years?
7. Have you ever talked to any current students of CRMBA program?
8. How much do you know about the partnership corporations of the Corporate Residency session? Have any specific targets and why?
9. Have any connections in Canada?
10. Introduction to the Corporate Residency session.
11. Talk about one impressive global news. Why impressive? How do you feel?
12. Math problem (简单算术应用题)?
13. Any questions?

Ally问问题是在题库里随机抽问的，所以建议多看CD的面经，多做准备，因为你不知道他具体会抽到哪道问题。比如很多人提到的ethic和现场画图解释Leadership的问题，我也准备了，但Ally没问我。然后你要很熟悉你的PS和Resume上提及的经历，这些file她是有提前看过的，因为感觉她是一边听你的回答，一边对应你的file来自己做判断。要是你不熟悉自己的file上的经历，就会很尴尬。

总的来说，感觉Ally就是在紧紧围绕着你是否能顺利找到实习，和是否能在毕业后顺利就业。所以建议一定要在每个回答之间突出强调你的就业优势在哪里，让Ally有信心通过PPE和你自己的共同努力，你（特别是作为没有北美工作经验的国际学生）能顺利找到Co-op。
