JHU MSF R2 kira 面经 附题库 [2020.01.07]

ddl选手报道，问题都是之前CD上19年kira总结文档里有的。

• Q1: Imagine you have the chance to see how people in other cultures see the world. which culture will you learn and why?
• Q2: 描述一个你觉得你比你的mentor or boss 更qualified的经历，结果是啥， 学到了啥？

面经过程其实比想象中的顺利，一开始chrome系统在测试的时候麦克风有问题，（不知道为啥airpods录音都是杂音），后面换了有线耳机马上就可以了。

kira要求chrome和火狐浏览器，但个人感觉chrome更加顺畅一些。

Another country (culture difference)

1. Ed1: if you have unlimited funds and can travel to anywhere in the world, where do you want to go and why? 
   Ed2: Without fund limitation, which country do you like to travel? 
   Ed3：自己选一个国家生活，但是你不会这个国家的语言。选哪个？为什么
2. Ed1：imagine you have the chance to see how people in other cultures see the world. which culture will you learn and why? 
   Ed2：如果你有机会学习不同的文化，你想学哪个，为什么? 
   Ed3 ：Imagine that you could fully immerse yourself in another culture for an entire year.

3. Ed1：你认为是否需要考虑到不同文化的同学的感受（大致） 
   Ed2：Whether it is important for students to learn that people with different culture have different values with them?
4. 如果有一个商业企划可以在你自己的国家很成功，make much profit in your own country,但是 insensitive in other culture, will you accept？
5. Ed1: your friend offers you a job in another country, which country would you choose, what job would you choose and why?

Teamwork Conflicts

1. Ed1: You are the team leader of a group. Your team members with different culture have the difficulties in understanding each other. What will you do? 
   Ed2: If you are the leader of a diverse team and your team members have different perspectives. What will you do and why?
2. Tell me about a time when you received more credit than you deserved for a successful group project. What was the outcome and what did you learn?
3. 如果你是一个leader做一个group work，你的小组成员要missing ddl了，你会做点什么把他们拉回track
4. 你作为 leader 在团队里成员对你的能力不自信，outcome 是什么，learn 到了什么
5. Ed1：描述一个你觉得你比你的mentor or boss 更qualified的经历，结果是啥， 学到了啥？ 
   Ed2：Tell me an experience you have completely disagreed with your mentor, teacher, or boss. What is the outcome and what do you learn?
6. tell me about a time when you needed to give someone criticism and you knew they wouldn't take it well. what was the outcomes and what did you learn?
7. Tell me about a time when you were partnered with someone on a team project who tried to do all of the work themselves. What was the outcome and what did you learn.

Self-experience

1. Ed1：分享一下你没有得到你很想要的任务的经历，说说你学到了什么 
   Ed2:讲述一个你比赛得了第二名的经历，你学到了什么？
2. Ed1：an experience once you failed to keep your promise, what's the result and what did you learn? 
   Ed2：说一个你错过 ddl 的经历，结果是怎样的，你学到了什么
3. Ed1: Tell me about a time when you misunderstood expectations and had to improvise at the last minute. What was the outcome and what did you learn? 
   Ed2: Tell us an experience that something unexpected suddenly changed your plan at the last moment. What's the result? What you learn from it? 
   Ed3：Share an experience your plan suddenly changed. What was the outcome and what did you learn?
4. Ed1:Tell us an experience when you meet setbacks that you cannot solve. What's the result? What you learn from it? 
   Ed2：你在遇到 can't make sure how to conclude an assignment or speech的时候怎么办，结果是什么。 
   Ed3：What course you’ve struggled in most and what did you do to overcome the problems? What was the outcome? 
   Ed4：你描述一个你本来觉得不可能完成，但最后完成的任务，结果是什么？
5. Ed1：在做project过程中遇到bully (?) 是怎么解决的? 结果是什么？学到了什么 
   Ed2：是否遇到过这样的情况：尽管你感到不舒服但是你还是要提出要求？ 
   Ed3：组员没有积极参与组内活动，问你结果和学到了什么

7. Tell me about a time when you need to make decisions between two equally bad options, which one did you choose and what did you learn? 面临两个一样坏的选择，你选了哪一个，学到了什么？

看了很多面经，一般第一题都是文化类，比如你会选择什么国家/文化，理由是什么，或者如何对待文化差异之类； 
第二题不定，但可以准备两种经历的素材，第一种是失败的经历，以此回答从失败经历中的收获，第二种是成功的经历，以此回答如何解决问题等。

2. 你最想学习哪种文化传统，为什么
3. 在一个项目中，发现自己并不能贡献自己的能力的一次经历，结果是什么，学到了什么
4. Tell me about experience when one member in your team took credit over he/she deserved, what outcome? what did you learn?

6. 遇到不能解决的问题怎么解决的 学到了什么
7. If you are a CEO of an extremely successful company, what product or service will you offer and why?
8. a competition that you won the second place. What have you learnt?
9. one time you take up more than you unsual responsibility（准备30s，回答60s）
10. one time you draw a decision when you are under pressure（准备30s，回答60s）
11. If you are presented with a business idea that profitable in your country but not in other countries, will you accept it and Why?
12. Describe an experience that you knew you handed a completed incorrect assignment
13. Imagine you had to spend a year living in a country where they speak a language you don’t know. Which country would you choose? Why
14. Tell me about a time when you were partnered with someone on a team project and there was disagreement over who would play what role on the team. What was the outcome and what did you learn?

41. 当你的同学对教授态度不礼貌的时候，你要如何化解
42. please describe a situation when you were working on a task or project and you personally went forward with a plan of action, despite knowing that there was some minor risk involved. What were the consequences that you considered, and what was the outcome?
43. the financial obstacle in the growing economic world.
