刚刚完成了Kira的视频面试，新鲜出炉的面经，但是这个点应该没有人还没开始了，所以留给R3的朋友或者明年申请的朋友当一个参考了。
我的两个问题我都有准备到，虽然并不完全一样，但是依然可以套在之前准备的话题里面，不过真的开始录制的时候还有一些紧张，有些地方说话磕磕绊绊，有些地方可能语速过快了，整体的效果估计看起来会不太理想，估计自己是没戏了。
原题我不能完完全全的附属下来，就大概记得中文意思了。
- Q1是讲诉一个你的teammates跟你有完全不一样的perspective的experience，说说outcome和learn about。
- Q2是问你毕业后要在一个国家待三年，你说选择哪个国家，and give the reason。
看到问题的那一刻我还是比较高兴的，因为如果遇到完全没准备过的题目，怕不是只能嗯嗯啊啊了。我从其他CD大佬分享的那些面经答案和最近分享的面经题目里面挑选了一些，自己写了答案，附在下面供大家参考吧。不过我每个答案写的都比较短，因为我个人的语速比较慢。一分钟说不了太多字数。面试的时候我旁边开了小窗作为提醒，我觉得有一定的帮助。但是就是不知道会不会被发现了。
项目
Tell me about a time when you had completed a project and believed it was fabulous! Then you found out that you misunderstood the assignment. 好任务但是理解错了。
你要为一个小国家建造一个clean water project，谁会在你的团队里面，why？*2
Water cleaning experts, sponsors, managers and workers will be in my team. Water cleaning experts are specialized in this field. They can give me some effective advice about how to do the whole project. I also need sponsors in my team to give me money the project. Managers are also important because they need to manage workers and keep touch with experts. Also they can give me a reasonable budget of this project. Workers are essential when building something. This project needs workers to build plenty of water pumps, build some river channels and install purification equipment.
如果有一个商业企划可以在你自己的国家很成功，make much profit in your own country，但是 insensitive in other culture, will you accept？
Of course I will. I think it is normal for different cultures to have different business plans. We don't have to find a business plan that fits all cultures around the world. For example, Google and amazon are sensitive in American culture, which are very successful in America. But Baidu and Ali are sensitive in Chinese culture and are very successful in China. But Baidu and Ali have not been successful in the United States. So I think if I have a business plan that can be recognized by the local culture, I think it's already a very successful business plan, then why don't I choose to accept it?

I have an experience, it is in my development economics course.(Top four group will get 10 point extra credits) One member won’t do anything in this project. First, I talked with him and try to find out the reason why he is not positive. Let's see what I can do to help him and get him involved in the project again. But he still didn’t fully participate with this project, so I think his attitude is not good so that I asked him to leave the team. We redo his part, but time is running out. Finally (we lost)(miss the DDL). I learned from this that not everyone is a good teammate, we should choose our teammates carefully that make sure the project has a complete success. If I want to success, I need to find some people also want to success.
Multiple task有没有经验，从中体会到了什么？*2
I think multitasking is the most important thing when it comes to planning your time and schedule. People are not computers. Computers can run multiple tasks in the background. But you can only do one thing at a time. So I think when you're dealing with multiple tasks at the same time, you should have a clear plan for the project. Every day, you have to complete which part of each project and then stick to it. The schedule can be adjusted as the task progresses. Finally perfect finish the multitask.
尽管不舒服也需要寻求帮助Tell me about a time when you had to ask for help despite feeling uncomfortable about it. What was the outcome and what did you learn?*2
遇到不能解决的问题怎么解决的？学到了什么？
When I worked as an intern in CMB yung long bank shanghai branch, I didn't know how to deal with many documents and emails from companies and government. But I can't solve this problem by myself, because if I make a mistake, it will cause serious consequences. But asking my teaching staff again and again will makes me and him feeling unconformable. From my point of view, I feel sorry to disturb his work all the time. From his point of view, he is really busy and does not want people to disturb him frequently. Finally I asked him, because some of the emails required a very quick response. My final solution was to make a list all the questions I wanted to ask, then ask them in his spare time and write them down. Through this event, I learned that I need to find a balance between myself and others, and to think about how to solve problems more effectively.

When I worked as an intern in TongQin investment company, my main task was to write the value analysis report. However, my boss(teammate) always said that there was something wrong with the financial analysis I wrote, I could not analyze the company only through the surface financial data. (I will choose to donate money). I hope the money I donate can be used to help some poor countries, such as African countries, improve the living conditions of the poor residents. I learned about poverty and inequality in my development economics course, and I learned that many poor people still earn less than the world bank's minimum income. I think so.There are many different cultures in the world. We have to respect each others cultures, and I think it should be learned as early as possible for students. Because it's hard to change people's ideas once they're formed. For example, I know some America Born Chinese. When they were young, they were taught by their parents to accept American culture and abandon Chinese culture, which led to them disrespect for Chinese culture. I don't think that's right. Of course they can accept American culture, but they should also respect Chinese culture.

I would like to share my experience of trip in Japan. I booked an house on Airbnb, then the host sent me the location. I firstly used Google map to navigate my way, but when I entered the community, I couldn’t find that house, even I followed the navigation. Therefore, I decided gave up my mobile phone, and asked the security staff straightly, then made a call for my host, told her where I was now, finally, under her guide, I found my house. It taught me that it's sometimes more important to ask for help than it is to ask for help from an electronic device.

I don't think so. I want to ask, what is the age of the earth, 4.6 billion years, right? And when did we appear on earth? Less than a million years. I think respect with each other is an important part of teamwork, and respect for other people's culture is also a reflection of personal moral cultivation. If members don't respect each other's culture, I don't think they should be on a team.

I think I am a World citizen. At least I live in Earth and I am not an alien. At the same time, I am also willing to learn about different countries and cultures. I'm very interested in Japan, Europe and the United States. I think I'm connected to the world.
