4.16 收到 wl 的备胎，在大神们纷纷弃坑后收到了 interview invitation，然而感觉有点凉。

1. introduce yourself in 3 minutes .（小姐姐会掐时间叫停）
2. team work 的时候和 teammates 有 conflict 吗？
3. tell me about your most recent internship.（要求说你具体干什么，用了什么tool，学到了什么 soft skills）
4. short-term goal.
5. back up plan.
6. Q&A.

18 分钟左右，感觉小姐姐没有聊天的欲望，就例行公事问完要记笔记的就完了。
