前段时间面了 CUHK MIM，看了 CD 一大圈，发现面经都差不多，放上总结的面经供以后大家参考吧。

• please introduce yourself with in 2 minutes(2 minutes elevator pitch)
• why HK, 有没有来过 HK?
• where are you now?
• why mgt?
• why CUHK MIM,觉得 MIM 课程什么最吸引我？
• 怎么知道这个项目的吗？
• 你对我们项目认识有多少
• 你能为 MIM 做出什么 contribution？（为什么 MIM，为什么 right candidate for this program）
• 如果申请了多个专业，为什么会申请这个专业，哪个是首选？
• 为什么转专业了？
• share with us your internships.
• 实习和创业经历中的 challenges（at least two）和收获。
• have you ever traveled abroad? which country impresses you the most and why?
• how would you work with members from different countries as a leader?
• 除了知识，还想从这个 program 里带走什么？
• 认不认识什么人现在在 CUHK 上学？
• 申请了其他什么学校了吗？ have you applied any institutions in UK or US?
• 你认为来这里读书有什么挑战？
• 你欣赏的商业领袖。（business leader）
• 你所关心的商业问题。
• 有什么问题想问？
