UCD MSBA Zoom 面经 with Justin [2019.03.06]

说在前面：预约的时候看 Zoom 链接的数字结尾还挺高兴，以为是 Amy，直到前几天在申请群里看到有的兄弟姐妹面试前几小时临时被通知换了老师，开始逐渐变慌。

来到今天，预约的面试时间是凌晨 2:30，提前小睡了一会，一点多起床看邮箱，空的，长舒一口气觉得这会还没通知应该是 Amy 了吧，结果还是图样，两点十几分的时候收到一封邮件，说今天 Amy 的面试由他替代。瞬间觉得有点崩，一直是按 Amy 那套东西准备的，开场前十几分钟换人实在有些摸不清套路。

打开 Zoom，面试官 Justin，是个 MBA 帅小伙，人还算客气，不过没有传说中的 Amy 那么热情。感觉也是比较赶时间，一开始就问我你们那里应该两三点了吧，那我们就尽快，尽量在20分钟内结束。

面试过程中的话基本一个问题结束会有一句附和，不过不会追问，也不会问细节，问的问题整体偏 behavioral，和 Amy 感觉差的蛮大的；

具体问题如下：

1. Introduce your undergraduate school/major, the most interesting point?
2. What leads to your interests on business analytics?
3. What points do you think are important for a good business analyst?
4. Internships experiences
5. Biggest difficulty, either academic or professional
6. How do you explain regression to a 5-year-old child?
7. What role do you often play in teams?
8. How will you estimate the number of newborns in China?
9. Which aspect do you think you are best: quantitative, organizational skills, business knowledge or computing?
10. Q&A

这还是 lz 申请季第一次真人面，时间太晚加上临时换人，导致自己的状态确实有点不好，多分享一点求人品吧，大家一起加油。
