面完之后心很累，写个不正经的面经攒个RP吧~感觉毕竟背景不是商科，还是在自我表达这个方面欠缺很多。
完全忘记了面试题目是什么只记得写作题是要竞选学生会的，sorry……
六个题目：
- 第一题是自我介绍+举护照
- 第2~4是关于个人的情况
- 第五题是写作
- 第六题是专业面，因为本人是申请的MGT所以没有很专业，【但我真的忘记了题目是什么，只记得我根据前几年的面经是准备过的】
最后，一点小提示吧，因为前几道题不涉及专业，所以找面经的时候大家可以多翻翻前几年的，不同专业的都看看，就算没有时间准备至少心里有数这个题是见过的，就不会那么慌张了。毕竟IC的题库个人感觉还是蛮大的。Kira在set up的时候可以自己多次practice不会记录到你的成绩中，practice的时候可以不用回答他的题目，可以自己对着摄像头说一些自己没把握的题目，感受一下上方进度条的飞快程度hhh有个准备。
BTW，一定不要太紧张！面试的时候要专业不要想我没有答上来或者没有说完怎么办，你不想的时候就不紧张了【血的教训....】

- 一个Non-academic 合作的经历 （遇到了什么困难，怎么motivate队员 (hesitate/near the ddl/struggling/didn’t speck up)，学习到了什么? (the more diverse, the better corporation - different culture background-brainstorming), 是什么让你坚持完成的？ 注意有要make a difference)
- 一个Academic 合作的经历
- 一个Work hard 同时benefit 了其他人的经历 (outside classroom) (Process+how do you feel)
- 一个处理团队之间矛盾的经历(团队有人过于强势/与队员意见不合）
- 在一个new team中选择角色，why
- 和新队员的相处

- Lead team with different background/personalities/objectives

Career Planning
