NCSU MSA 面经 [2019.01.23]

面试官 4 人，1 个人负责主持，1 个教授（负责问 technical questions），剩下 2 个 staff（人很 nice）。预约30 minutes 的 time slot，实际早开始 2 分钟，总共进行了 20 分钟。

问题：

1. Introduce yourself. Why are you applying for the MSA program?
2. What is your long term and short term career goal? how do you connect it with data science?
3. Do you want to work in the US after graduation?
4. 挑了简历上感兴趣的几点问我当初的经历。
5. How do you explain a complex concept to your audience with no prior knowledge

Technical question:

1. Explain linear regression to people who don't know statistics
2. How do you select your variables?
3. How do you compare two models?

最后我问问题的时间。
