2. What do you do outside of work
3. Altruist motivates people more than XXX（我忘了，类似于 kindness 这样的词，这个问题被我断网掐掉了）

Video question:

1. About what organization and cause are you passionate and why
2. What does graduate school excite you most

Writing：

a latest book you read, does it live up to your expectation

正式的三个问题刚好都有准备到，视频都很顺畅，不过写作也才写了100多字还没写完。随缘了~~~
