[已录] Ivey IB -CEMS Class 面经 [2019.01.08]

2019 年中国时间 1 月 8 日晚 11：00 skype 面，46 分钟（因为面试官那边的小问题，所以是我拨过去的）

（1） 面试官（女）自我介绍，名字说得太快没有记住，只记得她是 director. She said how are you? I just responded: I am fine, thanks, how about you? Then, we started the interview.
（2） 自己的背景介绍 & motivation questions

问题

1. introduce yourself - 追问了 will you stay in Canada or go back China
2. why Ivey & why IB - 追问了 what's your top choice in CEMS schools （因为申的 IB-CEMS）
3. the magazine you often read - 追问了 latest news that interest you and why it is interesting
4. tell me more about your internship - 追问了 short-term career goal and your target company - 追问了 is that your long-term goal
5. your weakness - 追问了 有没有和别人不能愉快相处的经历 （因为题主说了一个非常中性的缺点，所以面试官换方向追问了）

（3）面试官提醒你：we are moving to the behavioral questions

1. creative idea and how you implement it - 追问了 your role and your contribution in the process
2. others give you negative feedback while you are satisfied with your work
3. challenging experience - 追问了 你会把这次的成功主要归功于谁
4. a conflict with your teammates and how you handled it
5. handle ambiguity and how you handle it - 追问细节

（4）Ending：问面试官问题；面试官告诉你大概什么时候会有结果，几周内或者官网页面上公布；"have a nice day" & bye-bye

过来人的经验：整个面试节奏很快，建议冷静一点，面试官愿意给学生思考的时间（而且她也需要花时间记笔记），所以可以自己调节节奏，告诉她你需要想一想。
