[已录] Rochester MSBA 面经 with Tonya [2018.03.28]

MSBA第二轮申请的没人比我更晚面试了吧……上周五面试的，刚收到offer，这篇面经兴许能帮到后几轮的同志？？

面试官不是MBA Student，是Admission office的Tonya，她好好好亲切~跟她聊得非常放松，如果面试官是她，一定不要紧张哈哈~

整个面试持续40分钟：

1. Self-introduction/ walk through your resume.
2. 现在在忙什么？
3. Work experience.
4. Ideal company after graduation.
5. Long-term career goal.
6. 问到了我一段overseas experience in America，怎么看美国的教育体系？
7. Why now? 顺便回答了Why BA?
8. Why Simon?
9. Your biggest strength? How to use it to make a contribution to Simon?
10. Your biggest weakness, How do you overcome it?
11. Leadership experience and what can you learn from this experience? What style of your leadership?
12. Do you like to travel? Where have you been? Experience in cultural difference?
13. Q&A.

总体来说面试问题都挺常规的，竟然没有writing，我也很惊讶哈哈~
