MMS DKU 面经 [2017.12.13]

各位小伙伴，本人是是一枚毕业一年的工作党，非常有幸MMS录取。抱着一颗感恩的心，连夜整理了自己收集的和前人整理的面筋（点击论坛原帖查看附件），现在发出来给各位正在申请和计划申请的各位参考。

以我的面试经验来看，只要把这些问题“想清楚”“讲清楚”，相信你一定能够顺利的斩获offer！

Academic

1. Challenges in academic you think you will meetin this program？
2. What do you want to get out of this one-year program？

Professional

1. 为何选择投行/风投？
2. 实习经历自己学到了什么？Setback in study or internships。
3. 职业规划St Cg and Lt Cg？ Any plan B？ 其他实现目标的方案？Career plan after graduation。
4. 如果这两个目标实现不了，有planB吗？
5. Any knowledge used into practice？

Teamwork

1. 觉得一个top1级别的leader要有什么素质？你对领导力的看法和例子？Leadership是什么样的
2.   a leader you admire举一个例子说明leaderrole，印象深刻的团体。
3.   Prefer to be leader or member。
4.   Good team mate的quality是什么？
5.   作为team mates的经历 what kind of work you fulfill as a team mate。（ In a team when u r not a leader， what kind of work you fulfill。）
6.   Team failed。
7.   What's most important in teamwork？
8.   我的team experience？如何成为leader？
9.   Team success？
10.   在team中有成员不配合你怎么处理？
11.   How to deal with people with cross-cultural background？假设你刚来到MMS program， 然后一个人也不认识，你要怎样approachothers？If you meet a group of new people， what would you do？
12.   Someone gave you constructive feedback and you took and what did you learn through the feedback？
13.   How team members describe you？
14.   What do you think about the concept of " Team Fuqua"。

Why school

1.  Why Fuqua？Why management？
2.   为什么喜欢DKU项目？
3.  Why now？
4.  来DKU，最期待的三个活动？
5.   有没有跟MMS的有过交流？How do you know this program？想加入杜克的什么社团？
6.  Your impact on Fuqua。What you can bring to your classmates？

Personal

1.  自我介绍。How do you tell me about your background，where you grow up and you experience before？ （qualification，experience and why fit this role）（go through resume）
2.   Undergraduate major？ Why this school？Why major？
3.  自己有什么爱好？What's your favorite sport？ Share your extracurricular experience。Leisure time do what？
4.  自己有什么不足，MMS program可以带给你补足？有什么除了academic的能力能在Duke提高？
5.  The achievement you‘re most proud of。
6.   你的朋友用哪三个words来describe you？
7.  Strength & weakness。
8.  Anything you want to share？
9.  Why we should admit you？
10.  Q＆A。
