3. 跟essay的问题一样，那4个不同的skills中觉得哪个是自己的最强项？
4. Share with us a time you made a decision，and what you would do differently knowing what you know now。
5. Tell us about a time when you delegate in a project，what did you do? What learned？
6. 3 attributes for team leader，elaborate on one most important。
7. What professional accomplishment are you most proud of？

经验总结：5点起床，网络流畅！

之前一天上午弄录了无数遍也upload不了，只能跟ad发邮件申请延后两天。今天起个大早好不容易弄完了。
