MIT Shanghai 面经 [2017.03.01]

有两个面官~分别是Marie Nuon 和Kimberly Ebeling~今年申请的人比较多，所以大概每个面官问个15-20分钟，两个加起来30-40分钟就面完了。两个面试官人都很nice~不要紧张

Marie主要问简历，career goal这块的，Kim主要问BEI问题。
Marie：

1. Why chemical biology（本科专业）
2. due diligence analysis？（简历上第一个实习的内容）
3. how many members in your team?
4. what's your favorite strategy?
5. proficiency with R?
6. career goal
7. Q&A

Kim:

1. three most important abilities of a leader?
2. give an example you used these three abilities as a leader?
3. deal with challenging team member?
4. Q&A

大概这些吧~感觉Kim问的问题确实蛮少的，两个面官问的时间都挺短的，我自己每个人都问了三个问题...才拖到差不多20分钟这样
