IC MSF Kira 01.19 Interview 面试经验和题目分享

终于面完啦好开心~家里100M的网络也很给力，没有碰到什么连接问题~~（用的网线）

也没有碰到什么新题——

1. What is your future goals and what are you doing to meet it?
2. If someone in your team is struggling, how would you motivate him?
3. What's one of the important skills developed from you hobbies or interests?
4. Written: What's your earliest career goal and how does it change over time?
5. How do you see the Brexit vote affecting the financial industries based in UK?

然后最后一题上传的时候遇到了一点上传速度太慢的问题，但是这时候我开了另一个标签页然后点开了百度。。然后网速一下子上去了。瞬间submit好了~~一个小tips吧~
