Rochester 面筋2017.1.11 晚上10点

攒个人品～～

面试官是MBA 2年级的学生，Jean Dang，看名字就知道是international student啦。语速很慢，非常温柔，爱笑，feedback也很nice。

提前10分钟加的Skype好友，10点准时拨过去。信号不太稳定，中途断了3次又重新接上。

问题：

1. Introduce yourself and go through resume
2. Oversea in the US, what is the most challenging experience (有点像cross culture communication)
3. Why this major? Why minor?
4. Why marketing analytics?
5. How about your interns? Tell me about a challenge you face and how you handle it.
6. Why Simon?
7. Which program you like to choose? 11 or 17 months.
8. To what degree you use Excel,and programming tools. (这是对实习和课程设置回答的一个引申问题)
9. Short-term and Long-term Goal; Back Up Plans
10. Working in the US or China
11. Leadership Experience

Typing Q: What is your favorite part in your exchange experience?

问了2个问题

1. What is the best part you like about Simon
2. Simon Women in Business Club& Outdoor Adventure Club hobbies和after-class activities自己说了就没有问。进行了不到30分钟就进入Q&A阶段了，feedback是说罗村就像个family一样，老师学生都非常nice，也介绍了一下2个clubs的情况，看上去还蛮乐意谈到这些的。

最后是致谢。 Jean很礼貌地说不好意思今天网络不太好。
