IC帝国理工Master of Management录取~附整理的面经

昨晚接到IC的录取
略开心~

不过可能不会去吧应该....
我是11月15日递交申请，12月2号的面试，然后1.6接到录取
这么看还是很顺利的~

写点面试经验吧
IC的面试比较短，每个是半分钟准备，然后一分钟说

当时的面试题，额 记不太请了

• 大体包括career是肯定的
• 之前的实习经历
• 然后问到了要怎样motivate小组的成员
• 以及why IC
• 没有很偏的题，小组合作领导力这样
• 哦对了，还问了兴趣爱好，平常干什么

面试的时候穿的正装，比较轻松，其实video面试嘛，又没人对着你，真心没什么好紧张的~

附上我整理的IC的面试题的list吧，攒人品启lse offer

学校和项目

1. Why this program and why IC?
2. 你之前的经历对于申请这个专业有什么帮助？
3. Why the pathway
4. Why management?

职业规划

1. short & long term goal?
2. what motivated you to succeed and why
3. career path and plan B?
4. research you done about your career and what was it help

爱好

1. 你的hobby you have pursued to a high level
2. What is your biggest passion outside of academic studies
3. 除了学习时间，你平时还会干什么？

Leadership

1. difficulty you overcame, what made you through?
2. biggest challenge you face?
3. 在一堆新认识的人组成的team中，你们要合作，你选择做什么角色why
4. 最崇拜的leader,为什么,你们有相似点吗?
5. 项目没钱了，怎么和投资者要钱
6. project is at deadline 怎么激励组员.
7. What is the group work、 how different groups work together?

实习

1. 之前的工作经历学到什么

其他

1. 举例technology change to financial sector
2. 给你个公司 corporate social responsibility，这个重要么
3. find a successful strategy from one company
4. recent business story that interests you, what you learn
5. Discuss a few hypothetical situations improving consumers' lives.
6. Companies often rebrand their image,花很多钱 好处和坏处
7. Why are an increasing number of companies and businesses employ a certain proportion of female employees?
8. 描述一个你已经达到的长期目标，并且为此做了什么计划
9. 当到了公司招聘时，展示下你会怎么介绍自己

1. 本科学习与IC的研究生会有哪些区别
2. 你对你未来ic同学的expectation是什么？你可以给ic的community贡献
3. What research have you done for this programme
