JHU R2 kira 面经 [2016-12-22]

LZ早上完成了jhu r2的kira video面试

不得不吐槽kira糟糕的用户体验。。。chorme检测不到硬件，只能用ie，网各种崩溃断线，导致我回答了好多不同问题都没有上传成功

问题（答了很多个，最后只成功上传两个）：
1. give an example when you dealed with distractions at work
2. tell a time when you did something went beyond the requirements of your job
3. tell a situation where you identified a problem. How did you address
4. tell the most exhilarating experience
