kira talent interview

请问大家，Kira talent的网络监测一直说我的网络有问题，我试了很多浏览器，在不同时间点，也换了地点（好吧。。。网吧都尝试了）就是一直显示网卡。原文如下：

‘We recommend using a stronger connection before continuing. If you have a firewall enabled, disable it and try again or visit the connection FAQ to troubleshoot. If you choose to continue, you'll likely experience delays throughout the interview.’

我没管这段话 点了开始面试，可是真的在面试第一题的时候就卡了。。。不得已强行退出...请问大家有这个问题吗？

听说手机更快，可是IC ESB 的面试有写作，我用手机试了下，明确说不行。大家有办法吗，求助！！
