罗村Rochester MSA 11.11面经with Jean

11.11晚上10点面，在校门边网吧开了个包间，从七点一直呆到了十点半。网吧的网速还OK，然而还是有些听不清问题。

Jean 是个语速很慢的MBA妹子，而且很温柔，也不会打断你，但每次一个问题结束，都会给你positive feedback。最后面了32分钟。

问题：

1. go through your resume
2. 因为简历有overseas experience，就问了访学的经历
3. why now
4. what can you contribute to Simon
5. why simon
6. leadership experience
7. 因为说了很多leadership,所以问了一个新题【leader最该有的一个素质是什么】
8. short-term goal, long-term goal
9. internship
10. working in US or China
11. typing: failure to achieve your final goal and what do you learn from that.

应该就......没有了，因为楼主每个问题都回答了很久，所以题数不多。

tips:

1. 把自己想说的亮点在go through your resume重点介绍，引导她去问。比如楼主想多谈访学，就在self-introduction时多说一些；
2. 时刻保持良好的谈话氛围。
