1点的面试 刚面完 全程大概20分钟 其实就问了五个问题 主要是我闲扯得比较多 。
面试官len brooks。很和蔼的老头儿。12点半的时候我才登录skype 准备加他 结果skype出问题登不上去 后来用了fb账号才登进去。。吓死我了。。大家最好提前一天就加了吧。面试前我把resume竖起来放电脑旁边了，如果问了resume相关的问题方便看一眼，低头看的话太明显了哈哈哈。
基本上就是根据我resume还有essay提问：
- 我看你来加拿大六年了，英语说的很好啊（不是问句 但我顺着他话就说了说我这六年的经历）
- 为什么想去PWC而不是其他accounting firms， 还有为什么想去类似bmo的公司（essay里头我提到了这俩公司）
- 我看到你是active member of backpackers club，你们都去了哪儿玩
- 你挺喜欢音乐的？
- 你有没有什么别的问题？（我就问了什么时候给正式offer？他说现在就给一个口头offer，正式的过几天就有了；我还问了今年的class size，他说四十个左右，今年申请的有100多个，应该可以招满）
准备的时候建议大家其他问题都没必要准备了，len的套路就是根据你的resume还有essay提问，让你说说具体的；准备的时候把自己当成len，多看几遍自己的resume和那仨essay，想想他会问啥就成。len对我的实习经历压根没问，问的都是很小的东西，比如你们去露营的时候去的是哪个湖，周围岩石多吗，开车要多久。面试千万别撒谎，我听我朋友说，bianca之前面试一个姑娘，那姑娘简历上说会德语，bianca直接就拿德语问了她三四分钟。。。
其他面试官还是讲套路的，问的问题总结了一下，大概就是这些：
- how did you hear about our program?
- what do you think of our website? any improvements? （more information about student life in homepage)
- what do you think of the application process? （可以针对online application system说一下）
- the most difficult course you have taken? why? how do you overcome it?
- how do you balance your time between studies and extracurricular activities? (prioritize, sort things by importance)
- 我们项目很看重学生的ability to learn，你认为我们怎么做可以帮助你提高你的learning ability？（more case comps／contests maybe）
- leadership experience。有没有哪里做错了，怎么克服的？或者说说哪里做得好哪里不好。
- why mmpa? （fast track to CFE; can equip me with case analytical skills and critical thinking skills that are needed for my career; coop experience would be very rewarding)
- 我们为啥要录取你？
补充：len曾经问过的问题：
- 毕业后的打算，回中国还是呆在加拿大？
- mmpa项目很intensive，你怎么迎接挑战，做好准备？(go over the accouting stuff learnt in undergrad; prepare for networking events; gain more practical experience in summer, etc.)
- 有做过leader吗，分享一下？
- 为什么对会计感兴趣？5. 你爸妈是干嘛的？（……）
楼主背景：多大rotman本科，会计专业，gpa 3.76， gmat750，在国内hsbc还有平安银行有实习经历
